2. Service Description

StrixMonitor is a SaaS monitoring tool for website availability, SSL certificates, feed files, and other online services.

3. Registration and Access

Use of the service requires registration. Users must protect their login credentials and must not share them with third parties.

4. Permitted Use

The service may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. In particular, it is prohibited to monitor third-party services without their consent or to abuse the operator's infrastructure.

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are available according to the current pricing. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

6. Service Availability

The operator strives for maximum availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.

7. Liability

The operator is not liable for damages resulting from service outages or incorrect interpretation of monitoring results.

8. Changes to Terms

The operator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes by email.
