• Providing and operating the StrixMonitor service
• Sending downtime notifications
• Billing and subscription management
• Security and abuse prevention

4. Legal Basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interests of the operator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Retention Period

Personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter as required by law, but no longer than 5 years after service termination.
