Blacklist monitoring
If your domain or IP ends up on a blacklist, your emails stop being delivered. Find out before your customers do.
What we monitor
- Domain and IP presence on spam blacklists (DNSBL)
- Major blacklists — Spamhaus, SORBS, Barracuda and more
- Regular checks with instant alert on listing
How you end up on a blacklist
- Compromised server sending spam
- Shared hosting with a bad neighbour
- Misconfigured mail server (missing SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
- High bounce rate or spam complaints from recipients
How it works
StrixMonitor regularly queries public DNSBL databases to check whether your domain or IP address appears on any unwanted sender lists. When a listing is detected, you receive an immediate alert with the specific blacklist name so you can initiate the delisting process right away.
Consequences of being blacklisted
- Customer emails, orders and invoices end up in spam or get rejected outright
- Domain reputation damage — effects can last for weeks
- Revenue loss caused by undelivered transactional emails
